Shipping policy


At Pittman Original®, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and sustainably. Please review our shipping practices below to ensure a smooth experience.

Green Practices: We prioritize environmentally responsible shipping by reusing/recycling packaging materials whenever possible and shipping directly from our closest distribution center (California/Illinois) to reduce unnecessary transit.

Order Processing

  • Most USPS orders received before 1 PM PST will ship the same day.
  • USPS Priority and standard shipments generally ship the following day.
  • Truck or freight shipments may require additional handling and processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • USPS Continental U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Saturday delivery is not currently available through our online shipping calculators.
  • International shipments may vary by country and require customs clearance.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • USPS shipments: tracking info sent via email the evening of the shipment.
  • Tracking updates are typically available the next day.
  • Truck/freight shipments: tracking info is sent a few days after dispatch.

Signature & Special Instructions

  • USPS shipments do not require a signature by default.
  • Signature may be required for shipments valued over $400. Please request if needed.
  • Without prior authorization, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to overseas agents.
